AutoCAD LT - DIMORDINATE lines do not align with the point they are snapped to

The dimension line should be where the red line is... it looks as if it the settings are wrong but can't find where...

Hard to tell from your image what is going on, other than it looks like you missed

The green ones are wrong, the orange are correct but i can't find the difference in the properties...

Oh, I see what you mean now: you want the ORDINATE dimension line to be aligned with/inline with your object. Yes?

If I draw the same DIMORDINATE in the same place using the same DIMSTYLE it works fine here, see below

It appears all of those were manually edited, since I can place new ORDINATE dimensions and they all line up fine as you can see above.

 

BTW, your file seems to have issues here

Yes, that's exactly the problem.

 

I tried in the new file i sent as well and could do it correctly just as you did, i cannot do it in the original file which contains all the other layers of the building...
