AutoCad LT changes symbol font from a AutoCad file.

I am a drafter and I use AutoCad 2021. The engineer uses AutoCad LT 2021.

I use the Center Line (CL) symbol on a MText box. Works just fine.

The issue is: Opening the DWG using AutoCad LT, just the symbol changes the font on the MText box.

And it gets worse: you can't change the font. I tried select the text and change the font/style, but the symbol still on the same way.

Booth AutoCad LT and AutoCad are updated.

Booth PC's have the font installed (romans).

Any idea?

Never seen the issue: can you share that DWG file here? Most of us have both programs and the stock font.

OR... One you you has a different definition of that font, then are only identical by name.
Or that symbols is from a different font altogether, one of you have it, the other is getting a substitution.
