What was the last command or action you made before the error took place?

@ennujozlagam it's not a file specific issue. whichever files we open another 3 to 5 mins the autocad crashes with that error message.

What is your LT version?
It appears you are using Windows7: what else is new of has changed on your PC about the same time these 3-5minutes crashes started?

Hi @Anonymous,

If possible can you provide more information on your setup?

  • As previously asked what AutoCAD LT versions are you using?
  • Can you provide an NFO file? (AKN help file for NFO file)
  • Have you tested AutoCAD LT logged in as a new user on your system (with full admin access)? Does the issue happen in that environment as well?

If it is not a file specific issue, that means this error will pop-out even when you open any other files or new drawings, is it?

Well for me, this error could be general. Either drawing files, system, or maybe the software itself. Normally if i'm facing the same error, I will first check the drawings for any reason suspected to cause the error. Sometimes hatch patterns could also be the 'culprit' causing such error 😄

Mind to share your cad dwg file(s) so we can 'investigate' further to find solution?
Just my 2 cents 🙂

Hi @Emmsleys

I attached the NFO file of the system.

Not enough information for remote assistance: also, you need to post the entire NFO file, not a screenshot of one page. Here is how you do that https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Obtain...

It'll be helpful if you could attach the entire file for the NFO. That way we can look at what other startup programs you have running, whats crashing, system specs, etc.

Please let me know if you are unable to upload the file or feel uncomfortable doing so.

Thanks.
