AutoCAD LT 2019 plotting errors

I recently upgraded to AutoCAD LT 2019 from 2018. Since the upgrade I have been unable to plot to my Epson 1400 stylus printer. I either get error messages about the pc3 or it simply will not plot mkview windows.

Above are the screenshots of the errors as well as my plot settings. How do I fix this for my plotter?

I am running Windows 10 (latest version) on a Dell XPS.

Create a new PC3 file from inside LT2019, or use the Windows based driver that all of your other programs on your PC use (they do not use this PC3 file).
