Autocad LT 2017

I subscribed to autocad LT 2017 and want to begin drawing and I realized after purchase the 2017 version is not yet released for mac. How can I get a serial code for the 2016 version while I wait? Do I have to perform a return and repurchase 2016?

I thought upgrades to the new service were automatic. (this would be a downgrade to the old service, I suppose) Please advise.

Hi @Anonymous Welcome to Autodesk Community!

AutoCAD LT for Mac 2017 has not been released, so you will need to return the current purchase and request a refund within 30 days of purchase. Then you can place a new order for AutoCAD LT for Mac 2016.

I got the issue resolved through support. They issued a license to 2016 LT for Mac. Im good to go! Thanks everyone
