Autocad LT 2017 display issue with Windows 10 on laptop

I'm having issues with the size of the screen on my Win10 based laptop.  All other applications work with no problems.  Autocad LT's screens are very very small and not formatted correctly it seems for my laptop.  Any idea what I can do to resolve.  This is what I'm facing.a
