AutoCAD LT 2016 "error 1303: unable to open profile file."

I recently downloaded the newest verison of AutoCAD Inventer LT Suite 2016, the only program from this suite I have issues with is AutoCAD, Inventor opens up just fine.

After I finished the install and started up the program, i get a message that says unable to load profile file. I looked this up and found other versions have had similar problems. My problem is none of their solutions worked for me. I uninstalled/installed the program, I ran a registry cleaner, and neither worked.

Maybe you need to improve your system... I went through your retarded
support case page and it told me I couldn't open a support case and the
page had a link to the forums here where I posted. You brought me here.
