AutoCAD LT 2015 - should all pallets have the dark theme?

I have LT 2015 freshly installed, I use 2 monitors and have various pallets permanently open. I see that some of them ie, Design Centre / Content explorer do not share the colour scheme, which looks very odd (see attached). Is this how it's supposed to be does anyone know, does anyone else's have the same thing?

Windows 7, 64 bit, installed via download on subscription and migrated settings from LT 2014.

Just a quick idea without 2015 :

OPTIONS / "Display" Tab and change the "Color Scheme" from Dark to Light !?

I like the dark, and will be using it, it's just that certain elements don't follow the colour scheme which seems odd to me.

Not every palette is fully 'dark'. Maybe next version.
