As I am sure you are aware that 2014 releases of AutoCAD are not supported on Windows 10. There has been changes made to the Windows 10 environment that affect older releases of AutoCAD . But I am happy to help to the best that I can. I know there will be other users posting their suggestions shortly as well.

Why are 2014 releases of AutoCAD are not supported on Windows 10. What other platforms do AutoCAD have to work with if a customer buys a new machine. You sold this product one year ago on a pertual licence but are not willing to support it. You are only interested in selling the upgrades or yearly licences. Autocad response or help on this has been poor / none existant. Like Microsoft you are virtually a monopoly and not interested in supporting your products once sold.
