What did you change on your PC? LT2014 is not new.
What is your Windows OS? Win10 is not supported http://autode.sk/1IY4C2X

We transferred LT onto this new Lenevo Laptop about 6 weeks ago. It is a high end machine that runs IES and Sketch up well. So there is no issue with memory. All the software including AutoCAD LT 2014 has been installed and running for a month. The machine does run windows 10 and it does have automatic updates. This is the only changes that have been made. I have reinstalled AutoCAD and this did not work. I uninstalled the window updates and this did not work and I took the machine back to an earlier checkpoint and this did not work. I installed AutoCAD lt 2016 on a trail month to get us working and that did work. But only until the trail runs out.

Windows10? read this link, the fix for LT2015 may work http://autode.sk/1IY4C2X but it doesn't change the reality that LT2014 is not designed for Win10 whether you got it to work in the past or not

You may also need to visit Lenovo's website and get updated video card drivers.

Also read these two for other possible issues:

As I am sure you are aware that 2014 releases of AutoCAD are not supported on Windows 10. There has been changes made to the Windows 10 environment that affect older releases of AutoCAD . But I am happy to help to the best that I can. I know there will be other users posting their suggestions shortly as well.

  • When you uninstalled AutoCAD LT 2014 did you perform a clean uninstall?
  • There may have been a few registry keys that could have been left behind, try running the Microsoft Fix It Tool, this might help.
  • If you do have the option to Run AutoCAD LT 2015 I would suggest that.

Why are 2014 releases of AutoCAD are not supported on Windows 10. What other platforms do AutoCAD have to work with if a customer buys a new machine. You sold this product one year ago on a pertual licence but are not willing to support it. You are only interested in selling the upgrades or yearly licences. Autocad response or help on this has been poor / none existant. Like Microsoft you are virtually a monopoly and not interested in supporting your products once sold.

You can still get Win7 and Win8.1 on almost any new PC purchased through vendors like HP and Dell and Toshiba. Help yourself.

There is nothing in your correspondance at means anything or is useful. There is no point of you being associated with any part of a helpdesk process.
