AutoCAD LT 2013 64 Bit

I recently obtained a new computer with Windows 10. It warranted the reinstall of AutoCAD LT. I had to download the 64-Bit Version of the program.

I have noticed frequent fatal errors where the program locks and I have to close the program or other times when it automatically closes.

I don't have specific instances because the crashes always seem to catch me off guard. However, they seem to be related to

the plot command, modify template or generating a pdf through the plot. Do these sound familiar to anybody or is this unique to myself?

I am unable to get the service pack for AutoCAD LT 2013, the service pack never downloads when I select it from AutoCAD's website.

Thanks,

Robert

Hi,

This is a article that has been updated with what product versions are supported.

With that said I'd be happy to assist the best that I can. Where you able to download the service packs?

Are you able to run AutoCAD in a diagnostic start up?

Mr. Pendean:

Thanks, I realize that is the case. It runs but there are a lot of software problems.

It appears that the software changes so fast that supporting it for any long length of time is rare?

This is just AutoCAD LT 2013 and it is 2016.

Hi. I've been running LT 2013 on my Win 10 Pro 64bit for quite some time ut only recently started getting errors. The software crashes and generates an error report ( have sent this report to Autodesk once generated quite a few times now but no reply) would like to know what the actual problem is.

Just downloaded and installed service pack 2 and it installed fine, lets see what, if any, issues happen now.

The fact that it has been running has no bearing on the fact that it is not supported for Windows 10. That is the actual problem. The OS is still changing/advancing and the program is not. Problems are likely inevitable.

If you want to keep it running, you should probably put it on the OS it was designed for.

Drafting is a breeze and Revit doesn't always work the way you think it should.
