AutoCad LT 2012 Problem

My computer is at 32-bit

I have 3 issue with my AutoCad LT 2012.

(1) the viewing in autocad are without the multiple lines at the top left corner, but these lines will be printed out. I changed the point style to dot type also i would appear.

 

(2) There are many unused line type in my line type control. I can't purge or get rid of these line type.

(3) There are some missing line type from the system, for example I can use the original zig-zag, or fence line type anymore. Error message will appear like attached. 'Bad definition for.......'

May i know what is the issue & how can i resolve the matter.

Is the problem limited to this one file? PURGE and AUDIT commands ought to fix it all, then roundtripping to/from R12DXF file format for anything not fixed after that.

problem 1, yes, limited to one file only that i have obtained from the land surveyor. Purge & audit not able to resolve the matter.

could you please elaborate more on what is 'roundtripping to/from R12DXF file format for anything not fixed after that'?

problem 2 occur since a year ago, not able to eliminate these annoying line weight from the tool's drop menu.

problem 3 only occur since last week, my previous file using the zig-zag linetype turned into some sort of common line-dot lines. Now i could not use these special linetype anymore.

#1 Ask the surveyor to send to a "save as autocad" file instead of just simply using saveas: it's a feature of their vertical version that will eliminate all of your issues I believe. It's an extra step for them, if they don't understand let me know what version of AutoCAD they use and what variant.

DXFOUT command to R12DXF file format.
Now open the DXF file created and see if the issues go away.

#2 what do you mean? show me a screenshot.

#3 Annotative scale wrong? Linetype got changed? linetype need an SHX shape font that is missing but you turned off the alert about missing fonts some time ago? Show me a screenshot or a DWG file with this linetype.
