AutoCAD lite question - how to create shortcut for layiso

Hi Can anyone tell me how I can create a shortcut for Layiso in autocad 2022 LT? I've done it in Cad when it was an express tool but can't manage to change it in the Lite version - anyone know a simple way to do this please.

For example I would like LL be layiso

As an AutoCAD LT question, this would be better posted in the >Forum for that<.

Like in full AutoCAD, you need to edit the alias to LAYISO to anything you want. Read all about PGP file editing here from HELP in LT https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad-lt/learn-explore/caas/CloudHelp/cloudhelp/2021/ENU/Au...

This IS the AutoCAD LT forum. Does anyone have an answer for this? There is no LAYISO in the pgp file. Can it be created there?

1. The post was moved to the LT forums.

2. Yes you can edit the PGP file, just follow the format which is already shown there. NOTE you will have to pick an object on the layer to be isolated.

3. Why don't you just use the icon on the menu ribbon? See the image below

1. Ok.
2. I'll give it a whirl.
3. I use layer isolate/un-isolate and layer freeze and unfreeze with great frequency and prefer keyboard shortcuts for speed. Locating the icons and clicking takes me longer than typing.
I know where the icons are, what they look like, and their pre-assigned aliases, but I am looking to increase efficiency. Time is money.

@AZinbi Forgive me, but what is stopping you from editing the PGP file? Here is how as I noted in my first reply to you, you'd be done by now and enjoying your typed options https://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/autocad-lt/learn-explore/caas/CloudHelp/cloudhelp/2021/ENU/Au...

Note: use REINIT command to reload your edited PGP file, or restart LT for it to take effect.
