AutoCAD 2017 CTRL shortcut issue

Hi,

When I'm trying to assign a shortcut using CTRL key, the shortcut assignment dialog box doesn't read the input (iupers>>shortcut>>properties). Also I can't typing "CTRL" via keyboard.

It works fine with SHIFT and other key, but if I assign a "SHIFT+A" and I try to use this one the prompt displays "A" (of course...).

Any idea?

Thanks

Michele

Solved !

There's something going wrong in the text box: if it's blank o selected it doesn't read CTRL input.

Do this:

1) assign SHIFT+something to the command shortcut;

2) apply changes;

3) re-open the dialog box and put the cursor at the end of the shortcut command

4) now press CTRL+something and the system records it right!
