AutoCAD 2016 won't update to 2018

I have a subscription to AutoCAD LT and have installed it on my computer in my home office and at work. My work copy has updated to the 2018 version but my home copy is still stuck in 2016. Files saved in the 2018 copy won't function properly in the 2016 copy. Any advice on getting my home copy to update, and keep updating?

AutoCAD/LT will not auto-update: you have to actively seek out the LT2018 download files and actively install the software in Windows/Mac on your computer where it will reside right next to 2016.

Pretty much like you (or your IT) had to do at your office.
