AuoCAD and SharePoint Online integration - anyone figured this out yet?

Is there anyone out there that's an expert in how Microsoft and AutoCAD interact?

My small firm recently moved over our active projects - including dwgs, we have AutoCAD LT 2017 installed - to sync to Microsoft's SharePoint Online via OneDrive for Business new sync client. What we're finding is strange behaviour that did not happen when we were working off of a NAS.

We have files "disappearing" from the folder that we have xref'd in a given drawing... causing the drawing to lose its xref's. This has to do with the sync I believe.

I found CADtoWin in the AutoDesk App Store, however I do not think it works with SharePoint Online.

Anybody out there figured this out?

My engineering firm is experiencing the same issue as @Anonymous 

Drawings used as xref dissappear in OneDrive if a user opens the xref and another user opens a dwg file that points to that xref, resulting in that only one user at a time "can see" the xref file.

The last entry to the thread was in April. I´m just wondering if any progress/workarounds have been found for the issue.

(We currently solve the issue by copying the files to a localserver off-the-cloud like steven, but this is not a good solution as we´d like to keep files in the cloud all times)

There are no public announcements or hints from Autodesk about making any of their software work with or be aware of any third party cloud services like OneDrive or Google Drive or DropBox or... .

IMHO if they were you implement such a thing, it will like be part of a new version release and not retroactive you whatever version you use now too. Think AutoCAD 2020/21/22/30/50 etc.

Is an alternative answer to use AutoDesk 360? 

Does that allow multiple people to work on one file in the cloud?
