Attribute Menu No Longer Displays

When I use "Right-Click > Properties" the Attributes / Properties Menu no longer displays

Your menu might be lost off screen or on a 'ghost' second monitor if you've disconnected a monitor recently.
Try ctrl+0 (zero) to enable clean screen and see if it shows. 

If that doesn't work, try going into CUI editor, select your workspace, and customize on the right.
Then select palettes, properties and if the orientation is set to 'floating' change it to docking left or right.

Does the same problem occur when you select other objects like LINE/CIRCLE/PLINE and you right mouse click & select Properties, does the Properties Window appear?

Perhaps try the solutions on this post to bring it back?
