Annotative Ballooning

Hi All

Is there any way of making balloon referencing annotative in the same way as you can make dimensions annotative so that when you change viewport scales, the balloon changes to suit.

okay

here is what I have found

you can create a multileader object using text and put a frame around the text.

This can be annotative like dimensions.

However the frame is a square.

Is there any way of changing the frame to a circle
