Our company has the advance support option and I can't seem to find a phone number to actually call.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I have the same questions.  I can never find a way to get support.  My provider tells me my subscription provides me support w/Autodesk and he gives me the 866-681-4359.  I call that and they ask for an express ID.  I look thru my documents and do not see that.  I cannot find a link to do a chat, send an email.  Why is this so hard?

PS- my system is down because my "the license manager is not functioning or is improperly installed. Autocad LT will shut down now.".  Just started.  I have followed all the online steps but nothing seems to work.  I created a separate post for this item, but would like to know how to get in touch w/tech support.

Thanks-

Mike Hughes

If you have an active subscription, you start support tickets this way from your subscription portal https://manage.autodesk.com/cep/#products-services/all

Or you can schedule a call this way http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/autocad-lt-general-discussion/schedule-a-call-new-way-to-access-tech-s...

Turns out my reseller actually solved the problem a couple of hours later.  Tata Technologies has been very responsive.  The Autodesk tech called later during the scheduled appt.

Thanks for everyone's help,

Mike

Make sure you tell everyone you know about this excellent service from your reseller: they deserve the positive publicity and additional business.

Dean- I think I acknowleded TATA Technologies great service earlier.  If there is a better way to do that, I am willing to do so.  (Still trying to find my way around the forums).

Sorry, I meant within your business community local to you, and colleagues you interact with in your profession in your region of the world.

Those are the folks your reseller would appreciate calling/purchasing through them.
