adjusting display- toolbar size

Just moved to 2022 LT, and i cannot figure out how to change the size of the displayed toolbar.  it is too large.  buttons are the correct size, but there is a border that too big.

Do you have the 2022.1.1 update installed yet? ABOUT command will confirm.

Thank you for your response,  For security reasons, corporate it does all of the updates, and i can not tell if it was done.  I am assuming not, since the version shown is S 51.0.0.

then you will need to ask "corporate" to do the update that you are missing

And what is the answer to my other question?

i do not have 4k
