If the scale is something like 1:100 how do you add scale bars to the drawing?

or are you adding it in a layout OUTSIDE the scaled viewport instead of in it where it will work as you wish?

Hi Dean,

I do not know where to find this scale? I looked under annotation and I do not see anything there. How do I find a graphic scale in inches and feet? Yes, it makes sense to put it in the model space.

The screenshot above your latest reply is from the stock AutoCAD TOOLPALETTES that come with the program. Here is where the Imperial scale version is located on my PC (might be the same for you, except LT2023)
