2025 Colour missing from imported PDFs

I have a newPC which on which I have installed Autocad LT 2025. When I attempt to import a PDF all the layers' colour default to white and the text repeats 4 times, ie TIME appears as TTTTIIIIMMMMEEEE.

When I import the same PDF onto my old maching with 2022, it is imported with all the layers having the correct colour, and the text installing corrrectly.

Thoughts?

Can you confirm your selections in 2025 match what you did in 2022 (and this below as an example)

I sat with both PCs running, selected the same PDF with the same settings and got different results.

Thanks for the screenshots and testing methodology: I am unable to replicate the issue here with my own PDFs. I wonder if yours is this quirk in 2025 that some early adopters are having to resort to:

"...switch to 'Intermediate Mode' in GRAPHICSCONFIG command's dialog then quit and restart AutoCAD/LT 2025..."

Otherwise... can you share your PDF here for other 2025 users to test?
