Y pipe section and top view

I made an Y pipe drawing with its section view and top view.

I want to know if at the top view I have to make the region that is in 45 degrees angle full grey or should I let only the margins?

At section view I see on the internet that when the width of the pipe changes it's also marked with a bottom line like here.https://image.prntscr.com/image/UaBsF6A-SQWEYblNBonGCg.png

Should I add those lines too?

I have seen this done both ways. My personal preference is to indicate the outlines or points where the change occurs.

In looking at your drawing, i see that you are using PLINES with assigned widths. This is pretty unusual drawing practice.  Since you are using a CTB based plot style, I suggest that you create different layers for the different line weights. Then you can customize a CTB to plot the different colors of each layer at the proper lineweight.  I also suggest that you move your titleblock to paperspace and do you plotting/printing from there.  If you have any questions on my suggestions let me know and I can explain further and provide examples if desired.
