XREF Hatch Pattern not retained

I've got one workstation that is not retaining the scale of a standard hatch pattern.  when opened in other workstation the scale is correct at 400... in this workstation it is set to Zero..  is this a Graphics Card problem or an annotative switch I've missed somewhere?

...this file displays 7 patterns on One Workstation, and 3 on the others....

You have both drawings in the same file that you shared here, are you all perhaps getting those mixed up between users? easy to do if you are xrefing (or viewport-observing) the wrong area for example.

How are you counting the hatches? I see 7 here for example with this method

It appears multiple hatching methods are being used to create multiple and often overlapping hatches.

I recommend: one person take ownership of this file, delete ALL existing hatches, start over. They verify how many hatches they create by moving them out like I did then putting them back. You then have everyone else open this one file and see if your odd observations are recreated somehow.

But first, get rid of that extra copy
