xref command is not working in Autocad 2019

xref command stop working after 1 week of Autocad 2019 installation, there is no response when with the xref command.

Make sure you have the XRef palette not minimized, or docked + minimized.

If you have not done any customization's you might reset the AutoCAD profile to default so the XRef palette starts at the default position.

hi,

my windows 10 is not showing reset setting to default so i had to do it manually following the instructions but still not working

I guess the xref window might be out of view.
