To the expert here, anyone know what causing this? All external reference text or annotation become bigger. I tried to turn on and off the annotation scale but didn't work. I appreciate you immediate help about this issue. - Thanks.

Hi,

I suggest to look in the bottom-right corner of the AutoCAD status bar and verify the annotation scale is correct. Also you may need to check the value for ANNOAUTOSCALE (System Variable).

imadHabash, Thanks to your response. It works in the Model Space, but how about in the paper space - it didn't change automatically. Any option please. - Thanks again.

Check if your VP rectangle dimensions have the right unit size that meet your model element units.( Meter vs Meter and so on )
