Have a look at this previous post with the same issue : The application does not support Windows form debugging in just in time (JIT

 

Also just copy pasting the error message is not gonna be very helpful, unless you explain what happened and when it's happening

 

Did you load/install any 3rd party apps?

Is the Autocad crashing at the splash screen? 

 

Also please don't post multiple copies of the same post

Run which command?

Can you create a new dwg-file, start command _LINE and pick 2 points, does that work?

 

If you don't have any plugins installed and you can't work in AutoCAD it might be an option to reset the AutoCAD profile as shown >>>here<<<.
