Windows configures Autocad 2018 VBA Enabler on every startup of Autocad 2018

recently i have installed VBA for autocad.

After installation of VBA, windows configures "Autocad 2018 VBA Enabler" on every startup of autocad.

This is getting annoying, although VBA works fine after the configuration.

I dont know if there is a solution for this. 

I have a laptop with Autocad 2018 64bits system with Windows 10 Enterprice.

I had seen this topic but couldn't figure out how to "launch the application in the initial language used during installation"

I don't know in which language VBA is installed and where i can change the language.

Does autocad use the same VBA editor as Excel? Because the VBA editor is in Dutch in excel , and in English in autocad.
