Hello @Anonymous,

The aperture preview shows what the set size is for the object snap target box.

To adjust the Pickbox the square box displayed at the cursor position, please go to the "Selection" tab.

HI,

it's always dotted !!! you may try change APBOX system variable to 0 .

Command: APBOX
Enter new value for APBOX <1>: 0

Some have mis-read the question -- it's not  about whether the aperture box appears, or how big it is.

I think I recall that it used to be solid, but I don't know how many releases back that was.  And I don't know of a way to set it that way now -- it doesn't seem to be an option.

I would, however, be interested in why you want it solid rather than dotted.  I prefer the dotted version -- less likely to be confused with, or obscure, some drawn element.

Im just used to it being solid.  I have been away from autocad for a few years, lots of changes.  I so used to using inventor.

Thanks!!!
