Why can I not see a layer in the layout workspace?

I have a layer, which is "2. MOBILIARIO", that I can't see on the layout workspace. I tried to freeze and unfreeze the layer, but it didn't work. Help me please.

Learn about VP FREEZE and Viewport overrides..

DoubleClick in area of viewport or Command: PSPACE

Then toggle your Layer from VP FREEZE

You can set this setting per Layer and per each viewport(!)

The layer is frozen in the VP Freeze column.
