White dots when rendering in high quality in AutoCAD 2019... STILL

So I searched the prior posts, and found a post from nearly a year and half ago regarding the same issue.  Apparently, this problem has existed since the 2017 version with the suggested "work-around" solution of changing the RENDERENGINE setting or just render at a lower quality setting.  I just recently downloaded the 2019 version, and there are all of those white dots still.  The RENDERENGINE setting is now no longer available, however .  How do you resolve this "white dot" problem in 2019?

What are your render settings? Send some screenshots if possible.

IMPORTANT TIP: Noise/grainy images typically indicate the render process wasn't given enough time. Each pass gradually refines the final image, reducing the noise. When going for high quality, have a look for custom settings which give you control over how many passes. You'll want those to run for at *least* 20 passes if not more. When this is done on a desktop typical render times are in the hours, possibly needing overnight or over a weekend.
