Hi @Anonymous,
I see that you are visiting as a new member to the AutoCAD forum. Welcome to the Autodesk Community!
The Impression application has not been updated in a very long time. If you are on subscription you should be able to find the last version in your Account page under Product Enhancements. If this is available to you please make sure to read through the system requirements to verify that it will actually run in your current system. You might also have file version compatibility issues with your AutoCAD drawing files.
Impression 3 System Requirements:
* Microsoft® Windows® XP Professional (SP2) is available from Microsoft.
**Recommended graphics cards include: NVIDIA® Quadro® FX mobile solutions, NVIDIA® GeForce® FX 5, 6, and 7 graphics processors families (for example, 6600, 7800), ATI Radeon™ X series graphics cards (for example, X300, X600, X1300), ATI Radeon 9500 and later, and ATI FireGL™ V3600, V5600, V7600, V8600, V8650, and newer graphics cards.
Please select the Accept as Solution button if my post solves your issue or answers your question.

Hi @Anonymous,
Impression 3 [2009-04-06] is the last version (to my knowledge) and I have listed the requirements in my prior post.
Impression 2 [2008-03-25]
can someone recommend a similar product to impression that would help in adding color rendering to autocad landscape drawings?
Try Revit Architecture????
