When I add a camera, it deletes my saved views

If I have eg, 5 views saved in the view manager then create a camera/target, it deletes all of my saved views. How can I fix this?

Thanks!

Hi,

>> then create a camera/target, it deletes all of my saved views

Can you please run command _AUDIT with your drawing, maybe it has issues with the dwg-internal data.

Also try the same in a new drawing based on an original AutoCAD template ... same issue?

Please run command _ABOUT and show us a screenshot from this dialog so we can see which product, which version and which update you are on.

I started a new file and the problem is gone, works as normal. The problem file is a 3d Model that I downloaded, used FBX Converter to bring it into Acad. I ran an audit/Fix and it found and fixed zero. When I add more views, it turns them into cameras, very strange. I wblocked the objects (polymeshes) out and in that new file the problem still happens, I thought maybe the entities could carry the problem with them so I cut and pasted one mesh into my new file which works and it did not turn the views into cameras. Finally, -EXPORTTOAUTOCAD works! now I can add camera and add views and they stay! separated.Acad-version.png
