What causes drawing sheet to be viewed Faded

When using 3D in AutoCAD when you import the title block sheet and drawings on to the drawing sheet it is viewed faded not black lines.

check your XDWGFADECTL system variable . >> Click << 

Command: XDWGFADECTL
Enter new value for XDWGFADECTL <50>: 0
