Wacom Intuos3 problem

I am using AutoCAD 2019. I also use a wacom tablet (Intuos 3) 

Since I use Windows 10 (new computer) the tablet is reacting a bigt strange. After a while de cursor in Autocad is jumping on the screen while I hover over the screen. When using the mouse there is no problem.

The software/driver from Wacom is 6.3.14-1

Someone a tip?

No that's not the problem. Because it's only happening when i am using the pen and tablet. Not using the mouse

Your video card must be hiccupping if F9 toggle is not the problem: post screenshots of your ABOUT and GRAPHICSCONFIG commands pop-ups.
