VPORTS command in 3D modelling - Cannot click on previews to change the various views

After I'm in the Viewports dialog box, I select Four: Equal and try to change the 4 different views, however none of the previews are clickable. It's simply stuck on the top left view. Please help!

I just tested my AutoCAD 2025 and it works with no issues but I might not be understanding your needs totally.

If you click OK does it work?
