Volume for area bounded by 3d faces.

I have a 3D drawing made up of faces, not solids. Is there a way that I can calculate the volume bounded by surfaces without trying to convert the 3d faces into solids? I have attached the design for reference.

Maybe, but the easiest way would be to make a copy and make it a 3D Solid to obtain the Volume.
