Visual presentation between 2 different users (One faded - Another one normal) bug ?

Hi,

I'm having a problem with another user and he received a new computer.

We open the same file and we have 2 different visual aspects :

Anyone knows why this happens ?

We've compared variables and nothing seems to standout with the difference between my autocad and his.
I'm a bit blocked here

Thank you in advance

Could be graphics hardware compatibility problem. Try first setting Gfxdx12 to 0 and restart AutoCAD. If no good still then enter GraphicsConfig and set 2d Display Settings to Intermediate. If still no change last resort us go back to GraphicsConfig and disable Hardware Acceleration

Hi @paullimapa

Finally found the problem; the windows display scale was at 250% so everything didnt show up properly.

Putting it back at 100% solved it !

Hope this helps in the future for others.

Thanx again
