Visibility greyed out inside block editor

Hi,

I want to edit the Visibility on a block, but it looks like this:

It is greyed out and I am not able to edit it.

It should look like the following image:

How can I mend it?

you have first to add the visibility parameter . ( see below image )

 

can we have your block , for testing ?
