Viewport Zoomed to Fit

In the attached drawing Original, each of the paper layouts has a viewport that is zoomed to fit the specific sheet in the model.  If you adjust the scale of the viewport, you can see that the viewport is of the entire model, just zoomed to fit each specific sheet.  I cannot figure out how to accomplish this.  In the drawing Mine, I can create the viewport and adjust the scale, but all that achieves is zooming in/out of the center of the model.  Does anyone know how to adjust the viewport to fit exactly a specific part of the model as was accomplished in the Original?

They created the outline to the exact size of the page they were trying to fit it in: CHSPACE command to move a copy of the titleblock to modelspace. Then just ZOOM with OSNAPS on to grab opposite corners.

your modelspace outlines are just shy of the size needed in paperspace

PLUS you added a secondary outline that is not exactly a good match either

Thanks for the help!  I was able to take both your solutions and figure out to accomplish what I was trying to.
