Viewport Deleted, View Still Visible

Has anyone ever erased a viewport, but had the view stay? I am 100% sure I deleted the viewport, and that it is not on any frozen or off layers. The view that the viewport was housing however, did not disappear. Additionally, when I pan around the page, the visible parts of the view move. I have tried selecting what remains, but CAD doesn't recognize that anything is there. When I go to print however, the view is still there. Can anyone tell me how to delete this view if there isn't a viewport?

On the Layout tab, with Paper space current, select the Viewport you want to keep (the one that's selectable).

Use SelectSimilar to select any other similar objects (viewports) that you know are there but you can't select "normally." (Note that Selectsimilar has settings that you might have to modify to successfully select the correct similar objects.)

Use the Properties palette to observe that there are 6 Viewport objects selected. (Notice that the Clipped property indicates "Varies", which means there are differences among the selected objects.)

Unselect (shift+select) the good viewport and you'll notice that there are now 5 viewports still in the selection. (Notice that now the Clipped property indicates "Yes", which means that all 5 are clipped.)

Delete the five selected viewports.
