AutoCAD LT 2015 - I can enter a small custom Viewport scale such as 0.001234 and the viewport is scaled correctly. When I want to change the scale at a later time, the scale displays as 0. How can I get the scale to display so I can change it? I either have to write it down or start over using trial and error to get back to .001234  Attached is a poor screen shot. Notice the custom scale is displayed as 0 but it is not zero.

Hi thomsonja,

Welcome to AutoCAD Answer Day!

In general you can change the setting in Drawing Units to use another Precision.
Type UNITS to command line and press enter, change the Precision to 5 digits.

What can be done when the UNITS command no longer functions because the "Command not allowed because drawing contains objects from a newer version of this application". Apparently once this problem occurs you can not access the units dialogue.

Thanks
