Viewport content shifts when I plot

I am having an issue with a drawing when I plot it, some of the viewport shifts slightly. I first thought it was the dimensions and annotations that were shifting, but upon close inspection, I believe it's the drawing shown in the viewport that shifts.

As shown below, this is what the drawing should look like:

And this is what the drawing looks like when I preview the the document before plotting:

I have tried previewing to 2 different plotters, which both previews with the viewport shifted.

I would be thankful if someone could help me with this, as it's not the first time it's happened. I have attached a DWG.

Hi,

setting the particular viewport visual style to "2Dwireframe" fixes the problem.

Enter into the viewport and type in the command "VSC" and select "2Dwireframe"

changing the visual style for your VP to 2D Wireframe fix the issue .
