Viewcube stops working after creating a new UCS

So after some time in a drawing after creating a new UCS, my viewcube just completely stops working. All it does when I click on it is flinch the view for a split second but then it's still stuck at the current view. Seems to be related to an 8 year old issue where the viewcube stops working after some time. Re-opening the drawing makes it work again, but I still can't create new UCS'. Any idea is appreciated, thanks in advance

Welcome back. 

 

I have reviewed the current UCS issues, this UCS issue has not been reported or identified. 

 

You may want to make sure you are running an updated versions of AutoCAD this issue may have been resolved in a newer release or update.
