I am Ashutosh and using autocad-2012.I am unable to open viewbase command in model space.I tried tips from forum about drawing a box in the model space and then trying.But this didn't help.Every time I try to use the command viewbase,it only goes on to show "inventor server failed to load".Can anyone solve my problem?
2012 was the first year for VIEWBASE, and it does not work from Modelspace. Select a Layout tab (preferably one without any existing viewports) and launch VIEWBASE from there.
Hello Sir, Thanks for your time.But it doesn't work that way either.I also tried drawing a box inside the layout space and use viewbase command.It didn't work.It keeps saying "Inventor server failed to load."
Tried everything,from updating to installing hotfixes and drawing boxes in layout space and model space whatever.Still not able to fix the problem.It as it is "inventor server failed to load".Anyway very thanks for your time. Ashutosh
