CAN I ADD A FIELD IN THE CURRENT LAYOUT THAT CAN GET PREVIOUS OR NEXT LAYOUT NAMES? IS THERE IS ALISP THAT CAN DO THIS?

No, there are many lisp out there for renaming and sorting layout tabs like Lee Mac's TabSort but you cannot use a field in a layout tab name.

If you all actually use SheetSet Manager (SSM), that FIELD ability is built right there and you can use it all day long anywhere you need in your DWG file(s) https://www.autodesk.com/autodesk-university/article/Managing-Your-Sheets-AutoCAD-Sheet-Set-Manager

Using SSM a sheet name which is a shortcut to that layout tab is an alternative.
