Use a dynamic block as reference to another objects dimensions (in retrospect)

Hello,

Let's say I made a rectangular dynamic block which have a one linear stretch on one side (image attached). I use this block for several different rectangles, and now (after the block is made and appear in the drawing in several dimensions), I would like to add to the block another rectangle which is actually an offset of 5mm from the block. If I do it (adding offset rectangle on block editor), the offset is not keep as I want in all the dynamic blocks. I mean, adding an offset to dynamic block after it made, do not keep the same offset in all the dynamic block different appearances. I would like to know if someone have an idea.

Thank you very much!

I'm not sure if I understand you right. Attached a block, where in addition to the width also the height and the offset can be changed.

What you've asked for ("reference to another objects dimensions (in retrospect)")) is not possible IMO.
