unloading a partial menu

trying to unload a partial menu. Have done it thru the menuload command, and have also tried the unload option in the CUI.  Each time I restart autocad, the menu I have tried to uninstall shows up again. I have never seen this done before. Any idea what might be happening ? Thanks for any replies.

Any idea what might be happening ?

some,

1. Is it "your" cuix, did you load this cuix as partial menu by Hand first?

if yes, did you add some code to reload this menu?

If not, perhaps it is from an app/3.part program?

Whats the name of the file, what functions/commands are inside?

Check this question: Start your product in /safemode, what product you talking about?

Detach the cuix, close the product.

Re-Start  by this way: For example AutoCAD 2019,

[Win]+[R]

Open: "C:\Program Files\Autodesk\AutoCAD 2019\acad.exe" /product ACAD /safemode

Still a problem, cuix appears again?

2. Another try:

check the edit-date/time of your main cuix file

    detach the file, close Acad,

check the edit-date/time of your main cuix file

    changed?

Open Acad again, cuix appears again? -> check the edit-date/time of your main cuix file

Do you have a startup or a corporate profile that is auto-loading your menus back for you?

Or is this a 3rd party add-on that probably needs to be uninstalled first?

it is a 3rd party app. Even after I uninstalled it, I still see the toolbars for it.  So I re-installed it, and same result. Not working.....With the errors I get, I would have thought it was just a file path in my options, but I have checked it too.

Is the menu part of a BUNDLE?

If so, look in the Support Files Search Path in the OPTIONS dialog
for a path/name that may include the phrase "bundle" (+/-).
Using your favorite file manager, browse for and locate the bundle
package and rename the file extension from ".bundle" to ".bundle_X".
Remove that support path from AutoCAD.
Command MENULOAD or CUILOAD and unload the menu.
Restart AutoCAD.

Simply unloading the partial and/or removing the support path for
these bundle packages will not work - they will rebuild themselves...

>"So I re-installed it, and same result. "

Now DEinstall it again,  detach the menu file,

close and re-open Acad, still a problem?

Search for the app here:

C:\Users\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\ApplicationPlugins\

C:\program files (x86)\autodesk\applicationplugins\

Which add-on is that? Did you try their support?

Any reason, if you are well backed up, not to just reset AutoCAD to start fresh with a quick reload of your personal well organized customizations?
