Unknown command and redefine not working for OSnap

Hello there, I'm new in AutoCAD and got a 1-year pass as a student for my college work as it is necessary.

But I encountered an error and cannot seem to fix it and searched and tried most of the things from google.

Error is the command from Shift+Right Click and choosing any option from OSnap it's not working, it said unknown command error, I tried path thing and redefining and undefining thing when I tried to redefine it said unknown command name, like Endpoint or tangent and can't seem to find normally even in the command bar.

help me here it's needed for the project.

Osnaps aren't commands. You need to have a command active such as line or circle before you use the shift + right click.  Give it a try by starting line command and then shift + right click and select an osnap.
