I have been using Cadworx Plant 2017 for 3-4 weeks now.  Monday I tried running Isogen Out and I received this dialog:

 

unhandled exception e0434352 (e0434352h) at address fc72a06dh

 

I was told Cadworx Plant Service Pack 1 would fix the issue but it has not.  Can anyone help me on this?  I have a lot of isometric files to run and this is causing me so much frustration.  Please help me to find a solution to this problem.

I see that you are visiting as a new member. Welcome to the Autodesk Community!

 

Have you applied the service and updates to your AutoCAD 2017?  Does AutoCAD without CADworx function properly?

 

If so, I suggest calling the CADworx support group to see if they can offer any advice. 1.800.766.7701

 

You might also try uninstalling .Net and C++ and then doing a reinstall as detailed by this article.

    At present I have Cadworx support and they are going to do the pc remote thing to help me.  I appreciate your help and advice.

Hi Glenn,

 

I am glad they are checking it out on their side first.  If they cannot resolve it then go ahead and try the reinstall of .Net and C++ (that's what the error looks like to me).
