I am unable to open AutoCAD 2014 and/or AutoCAD 2013. It shows the error AutoCAD Error Aborting, FATAL ERROR: Unhandled e06d7363h exception at fcf80a06dh.

 

Error report CER_150999243 was created for this issue.

 

Windows 7 x64

Autodesk Product Design suite Premium and AutoCAD 2014.

HI @Anonymous,

 

I see that you are visiting as a new member. Welcome to the Autodesk Community! 

This error should go away if you disable hardware acceleration in GRAPHICSCONFIG. If you can't even get AutoCAD started then start it with the No Hardware option.

Thanks for your help,

 

I am not able to even get it started this message appears immediately. I tried to run AutoCAD without hardware acceleration but the issue remains.

Hi @Anonymous,

 

Please check the CER number for me as I do not see a report under that number.

 

I assume your AutoCAD has been running properly and this just started happening.  What changed on your system(s)? Does this event correlate with a Windows update? If so, can you install that update, reboot and see if things are back to normal?

 

Have you checked for a more current driver for your graphics card?
